- Clockworkmod Recovery 5 - FLASH THIS FIRST
- CWM5 - supports only BML with ext4 or rfs. If you switch to a MTD firmware, it will replace this with a build of CWM that supports only MTD and yaffs2.
- NOTE: If you are running EI22 stock, the automatic reboot after Odin flashes CWM5 will immediately restore the stock recovery. To prevent this, be ready to unplug and pull the battery to stop the boot. Then 3-finger into CWM5 recovery.
- Normally this is prevented on rooted EI22 by removing /system/etc/install-recovery.sh and /system/recovery-from-boot.p. In your case, it doesn't matter since you will be flashing a ROM from CWM5 anyway.
- cwm-5.0.2.7-epic4g.tar.md5 Download this file from the above link for flashing with Odin or Heimdall.
- CM7 (Gingerbread) MTD [link]
- Will autoconvert BML to MTD. Read about MTD. [link]
- Read these instructions if you want to backup data in BML and restore in MTD.
- Modified ROMs [link]
- Most of these ROMs are manually edited from Samsung's EI22 Gingerbread. Most of the ROMs are probably fine. I personally have more stability with Shadow kernel than Samurai kernel.

- Some examples of reverse engineering apk's. Good for learning.
- Make an Odin flashable tar
- tar cf odin.tar contents.bin; md5sum odin.tar > md5; cat odin.tar md5 > odin.tar.md5
